Abstract

Communication between normal people with mute use different way on the forwarding some idea they wanted. With different way information can lose about intends and means. To solve that problem be made a system of phoneme to speech converter that change phoneme become speech. This device could change this input as a phoneme fraction that was got by serial communication with part of text to phoneme system. And changed that input became sounds of phoneme stringed with phoneme concatenation technique that have been recorded before. Data acceptance by the serial communication is controlled by microcontroller AT89C55 and saved on internal RAM microcontroller. While phonemes are recorded by IC Chip Coder ISD25120 that can save phoneme of sound records during 120 second that is divided become 256 phonemes. Algorithms that used is made formulas of mathematics for represented a value of hexes code from alphabets of every words. That value is used to access the database system about 512 song records of phoneme. So that songs which were produced were limited by a lot of that song record of phonemes.
