Abstract
This study aimed to examine the effect of brand image, product quality, satisfaction, and repurchase intention on buyers Malang Post newspaper . The population in this study include buyers of Malang Post newspaper that are not regular customers, and the number of samples taken as many as 97 respondens in Malang city. The non probability sampling was used to take the sample, mean while the accidental sampling was used to draw the sample. The analysis tool in this research used by method of Partial Least Square (PLS). PLS research results showed that brand image has no significant effect on satisfaction. Product quality has a significant effect on satisfaction. Brand image has a significant effect on repurchase intention. Product quality has no significant effect on repurchase intention. Product quality has a significant effect on brand image. Brand image has no significant effect on repurchase intention through satisfaction.
