Partisipasi Pusat Informasi dan Konseling Remaja (PIK-R) Dalam Progam Kampung Keluarga Berkualitas (KB) di Kecamatan Genteng Kota Surabaya

Family Quality Village (KB) is a priority development program of the nawacita period 2015-2019 that has been planned by President Joko Widodo. The plan has several third priority agendas, namely building Indonesia from the periphery by strengthening regions and villages. In addition, there is also a fifth priority agenda, namely improving the quality of Indonesian human life and also the eighth priority agenda, namely revolutionizing the nation's character through population and family quality development.
Family Quality Village (KB) is an area unit at the village level where there is the implementation of empowerment and strengthening of family institutions in all its dimensions in order to improve the quality of human resources, families and communities. KB village itself has several organizations in it that function to optimize existing programs in KB villages, one of which is the Youth Information and Counseling Center (PIK-R). PIK-R is an organization whose members are teenagers who are responsible for spreading about TRIAD KRR (sexuality, HIV and AIDS and drugs), all PIK-R members must spread about these dangers so that the surrounding teenagers avoid these problems.
The purpose of this research is to find out the participation of PIK-R in the KB village program in Genteng District, Surabaya City. This research uses a phenomenological approach with a type of qualitative research, this research aims to interpret and explain the experiences experienced by a person in his life such as experiences in interacting with other people and the environment. The results of this study indicate the participation of PIK-R in the KB village program in Genteng Sub-district, Surabaya City.
Data analysis using Sherry Arnstein's ladder of participation shows that there are eight steps in participation. However, in this study PIK-R passed several steps but succeeded at the Citizen Control point where PIK-R was in control of all decisions.
