Abstract

Chrysomya is one of the mechanical vector responsible for human and animal dissease transsmision, flie’s body, hairy proboscis and sticky pulvilli can bring patogenic microorganisme. Syaiful Yudhi found 106 male and female Chrysomya with 22 egg Ascaris lumbricoides in their outer bodies during August up to Sept 2007 in Ngadas village. The aim of the research was to know the influent of physical environmental factors for green flies (Chrysomya) and the parasite found in the outer part of their bodies at the Ngadas village of Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park Area at 2000 meters above sea level The observasional deskriptif research was done . Flies were caught from the garbage pile twice a week on Saturday and Wednesday for one month during February up to March 2008 starting from 09.00­11.00 am and 12.00­14.00 pm by using fly trap, then the flies were identified and observed the parasites found in the outer part body of Chrysomya.The result: 1 female Chrysomya captured only in the morning with Fly trap, there was no Chrysomya in the afternoon and no parasite was found in the outer part of Chrysomya. Further research should be done in different region in longer periode or time.
