Abstract
The Community Policing program in the application guide is societies police constitute of head of the Indonesian Police (Kapolri) Policy still be new relative in 2006 concerning modern security system by involving societies element to handle small trouble with out come to Police office. Thus, indirectly societies have helped performance of Indonesian Police Staff. This study have problems formulas: 1. How program model of Community Police in county police of Bojonegoro region? 2. How effectiveness of Program of Community Police in county Police of Bojonegoro region to solve small and hard criminals? What the problem and supporting side of Community Police program in county Police of Bojonegoro region? This study use method of juridical sociologic approach, the data collecting technique such as interview with policing side and respondent who come from citizen of Bojonegoro community and direct observation in study location in Bojonegoro county Police as data taking place of primary data. Then the study result data is analyzed descriptively. Base on the 10 societies of Bojonegoro, 7 of them recognize did not know about the new policy. 3 of them know about the policy. The 3 samples live in district police and others live in out of district Police. The conclusion, there are just 1 model of Community Police which be applied in county Police of Bojonegoro region from 2 model of Community Police. Community Police is effective to decrease small criminal action and ineffective to decrease hard criminal action. The problem/constraint of Community Police is minimal financial while the supporting factors from Community Police always spirit and effort of policing to be county Police of Bojonegoro region more safe, order, and peaceful.
