Abstract

This research is a type of survey research with the title "The Effect of Job Satisfaction on Employee Compensation Section New Furniture Magetan UD.Sumber Production." Analysis tool in the study was to identify significant effects between financial compensation and financial directly to work satisfy the UD.Sumber produksi Baru Furniture Magetan by using F test and t test, while the variable compensation to know where have more dominant influence researchers using multiple linear regression y = a + b1X1 + b2x2 + e, unknown variables which are the most dominant compensation, financial compensation variable directly or indirectly compensation variables. Meanwhile, to test the questionnaire, the authors use the test of validity and reliability testing. From the research shows that direct financial compensation and indirect financial compensation by the New UD.Sumber Furniture is considered good Magetan This is proved by obtaining the average total score for the variable compensation amounting to 109 which is located directly on the assessment scale ranges well and the total score average for the variable indirect financial compensation amounting to 108 which is located on the rating scale ranges.Variabel job satisfaction is low with an average total score of 91 this is based on real conditions that exist in New UD.Sumber Furniture Magetan with the turn over high, low regulatory compliance. Results from multiple regression analysis with a direct financial compensation and indirect financial compensation and job satisfaction variables in order to obtain Y = 0.448 X1 + 0336 + 0251 X2 0992 R2 value of the test results obtained value f F test F value of 104 254, whereas the real level Ftable 5% Ftable the null indicates a value of 2:52, because Fcounthypothesis (Ho) in the rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H) is accepted. This shows that the two independent variables jointly affect employees' job satisfaction
