Abstract

This research was proposed to know the preference and satisfaction of consumers on attributes that affect a person in deciding on any proposition for the purchase of a house with KPR Syariah in De Prima Tunggulwulung, Malang City. The analytical method used was Cohran Q test, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI, and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The used data in this research was primary data that got from the objective interview’s with questionnaire, and secondary data obtained from internal and eksternal data of company, like a profil company. The result of this research on testing preference of consumers (Cohran Q test) by the use SPSS 16 showed that 18 attributes that connect to consumer’s decision in De Prima Tunggulwulung. For the satisfaction of service consumers with the formula of Customer Satisfaction Index showed a value of total satisfaction as much as 80,42 that criteria was “Satisfied”. While on the result of test the importance with Importance Performance Analysis, there are three attributes that come on quadrant I(main priority), namely location and access, ease of administrasion and quality of information.
