Abstract
Companies must be able to create conditions that can motivate and enable employees to develop and improve the ability and skills possessed optimally. Provision of incentives in various companies so rampant, especially in large companies. The various types of incentives provided starting from the financial to the nonfinancial. Reinforcement the motivation to provide incentives made by almost every company or agency. The company hopes these incentives can increase employee motivation to work. Problems in this study is there a relationship between the perception of incentives to motivate employees. This research is quantitative research. Subjects of this study all permanent employees of Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Marthadinata Malang Branch of 47 people. Data collection methods using scales. Test the validity of using the product moment correlation, test of reliability using alpha analysis. Analysis of data using product moment correlation. From the results of this study can be concluded that there was a positive relationship and highly significant between the perception of incentives to motivate the work with the correlation (r) of 0.530 and an error probability value (p) of 0.000. This means that the more positive perceptionsof employees remained on the incentives provided by the Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Branch of Malang Marthadinata the higher the motivation of their work. The effective contribution to the perception of incentives to motivate employees work for 28,1%.
