Abstract

The focus of this thesis research is to know the value internalization process in Singosari Muhammadiyah 3 Vocational School to teachers and employees in religious life. This study aims to find out what values in Muhammadiyah along with their functions.This research is a qualitative study using the design of the study program. Data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation techniques, where the researcher collects data from various sources relevant to the research theme. Data analysis techniques in this study through the following stages: identification of the status of the situation, data collection, analysis and interpretation of data and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that Muhammadiyah has values such as, values of devotion, values and organizational values. The process of internalization at the Muhammadiyah 3 Singosari Vocational School with religious activities through congregational prayers, studies, and collection of aid funds that have been programmed every year. The function of internalizing Values to teachers and employees is to understand Islamic law according to Muhammadiyah's understanding according to the Qur'an and Hadith in religious life. Teachers and employees must know, understand and implement Muhammadiyah values in daily religious life.
