Abstract

Fried chicken "Nelongso" is one of the food places that are familiar to people in Malang. The number of interested in fried chicken "Nelongso" makes many branches in various regions in Malang City. Chicken mainstay products sold with various variations of chili sauce that are not found in other eating places is one of the attractions for consumers. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of "Nelongso" Fried Chicken services in Malang. The population in this study were all consumers of "Nelongso" Fried Chicken in Malang City. Sampling using accidentally sampling method as many as 99 respondents. The analytical tool used in this study is scale range analysis. The results showed the quality of the "Nelongso" Fried Chicken service in Malang was good. Of the five components of service quality, reliability, responsiveness and emphaty are in good criteria. While the assurance and physical evidence tangibles are in pretty good criteria.
