Abstract

The research objectives describe work productivity, training and compensation; knowing the effect of training and compensation on work productivity; knowing the effect of training on work productivity; knowing the effect of compensation on work productivity; know the variables affect the work productivity. Population and research sample 45 train attendant employees with a sampling technique is total sampling. Methods of collecting data using a questionnaire. Analysis of data using a range of scales, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression, test of determination, and hypothesis testing (F test, t test and the most influential test). The results showed that the work productivity of the category was quite high, the training category was quite good, the compensation category was quite good; training and compensation have a simultaneous effect on work productivity; training has a positive effect on work productivity; compensation has a positive effect on work productivity; compensation variable has dominant influence on work productivity
