Abstract

This study aimed to find out of description of the job satisfaction, discipline of work, and employee performance in Sanaji’s Air Shotgun Company, the influence of job satisfaction on the employee performance, the influence of the discipline of work on the employee performance, the influence of job satisfaction and discipline of work on the employee performance at Sanaji’s Air Shotgun Company. The respondences of this research were all of the employees of the production section are 55 people. The sampling technique has been used is purposive sampling. The type of this research is survey method. The data collecting technique has been used are linear double regression analysis and scale range. The result showed that the job satisfaction is in enough category, discipline of work is in low category, and employee performance is in enough category, job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance, discipline of work has a positive effect on employee performance, job satisfaction and discipline of work have a positive effect on employee performance.
