Abstract

Indonesia's natural condition allows the cultivation of various types of vegetables, both locally and originating from abroad. Among the various types of vegetables that can be cultivated, Pakcoy is a vegetable that has a good commercial value and prospects. Sawi Pakchoy (Brassica rapa L.) is a vegetable plant that has a high economical value and nutrients, but the growth is fast enough and can grow well in the environment of hot and cold climates. Sawi Pakchoy contains a variety of dietary nutrients that are essential for the health of the body including proteins, fats, carbohydrates, Ca, P, Fe, provitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin C, minerals and fiber. Kascing is an organic material produced from vermicomposting, which is a process involving worms as a decomseration. Contains complete nutrient elements, both macro and micro elements also hormones giberelin, cytokine, and auxin. This research was conducted in the experimental Garden of the University of Muhammadiyah Malang in Pendem village, Bumiaji District, Kab. Malang with an altitude of 550 meters above sea level. The research time was held from December 2018 until completion. This study uses a method of random design of a group (RAK) which is compiled factorial with 2 Fakor, the first factor is the type of worm feed consisting of P0 = pure soil, P1 = sugar cane + baglog, P2 = pulp + baglog and P3 = cow dung + baglog. While the second factor is varieties Sawi Pakcoy, consisting of V1 = Sawi Pakchoy Green, V2 = Sawi Pakchoy white, and V3 = Sawi Pakcoy green fortune. The observation parameters of this study are the height of the plant, the number of leaves, chlorophyll leaves, dry weight of mustard, wet weight of sawi, dry weight of the roots and wet roots. Data is analyzed using Test F for diversity. If there is a diversity of treatment continued with a BNJ test with a level of 5%. Response number of leaves age 22 HSP, wet weight and dry weight plant occurs interaction against the type of kascing, while in the high parameters of the plant, the number of leaves aged 7 HSP to 17 HSP, chlorophyll leaves, wet weight of the root, dry weight the root indicates no Interaction occurs between the varieties of mustard plants with the provision of organic casserure. Response of the variety of Sawi Pakcoy on all the parameters of the observation is real effect, while the treatment of V1 and V3 tend to be better. The response of the provision of castor fertilizer is real effect on the high parameters of plants, the number of leaves, chlorophyll leaves, wet roots, and dry weight of the roots, with the Perrlakuan P1 (kascing sugarcane) tends to be better compared to other.
