There are phenomena of training in many firm or organization this time, it becomes as one of need that has to be fulfilled. Some form carried out training in order to developed skill and employee knowledge. But what the goal of every training which be achieved? Every participant who follow different training one of others, and one of different is intense in owned. The intense which be owned by participant will make participant supported for follow every activity truly. When the participants follow every activity truly then they are hoped to have new knowledge, skill and behavior, it will be applied in their condition and situation of performance. It will happen transfer of training.Intense follow training is plan who owned by someone to follow training program truly. While transfer of training is knowledge application, skill and behavior that have relevance with knowledge that be gotten in training who be carried out in real condition and situation. The study plan is design of non experimental and use quantitative study where the subject are employee who participants of training about 25 people. The study instrument use scale of intense who follow training and questionnaire of transfer of training. The data analysis technique used correlation of product moment. The data analysis result is gained correlation coefficient about (r = 0,621; p = 0,001; sig < 0,01). It shows that there are positive correlation and very significant among intense follow training with transfer of training. The intense to follow training give effective contribution about (r2 = 38,6%) to transfer of training, while the residual about 61,4% is influenced others factors.
