Abstract

The research is dedeserved to some purpose first, knowing about work satisfied factors in Jatim Park Batu, Indonesia which covered work, challange, payment, work condition, partner, the balancing between work personality. Second knowing work employee satisfied. Third knowing the influences work satisfied employee such as challanges in work, payment, work condition, work partner, balancing between work personality considering with work satisfied and fourth knowing the strongest factor considering with work satisfied. The purpose of study which would like to catch is to give the feature about work employee satisfied concerning with human source management in work satisfied in a plan. Instruments analysis which is used in this study are used scala and double regresi linier. The study result can be known that satisfied factor which includes, work challenges as the higher categories, payment as good categories and the balancing between work personality as well kategories the study result can be seen that work employee satisfied in Jatim Park Batu Indonesia, it is as the higher categories. Satisfied factor influences concerning with work satisfied, it can be known by its coefisient regression. The strongest variation influences work satisfied is the work challanges. It was seen from the coefisient regretion score which is biggest among other free variables.
