Abstract

This Legal Research background departs from the KEMENKUM HAM Decree issued in 2018 on verification and accreditation and departs from various inadequate legal community problems so that the writer will conduct a comparative study of the two legal aid institutions between BKBH UMM and Malang City Neratja Justitia. The formulation of this legal writing problem is how the effectiveness of the implementation of non-litigation legal assistance between the Legal Consultation Board of the University of Muhammadiyah Malang and the Neratja Justitia in Malang and the obstacles in its implementation. In this study using a juridical sessionological approach with primary data sources obtained from the field and secondary data obtained from legislation, enkslopedia. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and document studies, which relate to the extent of the involvement of the two Legal Aid Institutions which are the place or location of the research. This study was analyzed using Qualitative Descriptive techniques. And based on the results of research and discussion that the two legal aid agencies have carried out legal assistance activities in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation. The conclusions of the two legal aid agencies have been in accordance with applicable regulations and have been effective as if referring to the theory of legal experts Soejono Soekanto and Lawrence Friedman as analysis blades in this legal review while the constraints for the two legal aid institutions are in the lack of members and problems. funds for LBH Neratja Jutiti Malang City. Suggestions for the two LBHs to continue to optimize their performance and all the shortcomings with the lack of members to immediately recruit new members.
