Abstract

The type of analysis is the survey research, where researcher observes to collect data at PT. Telkom Malang with research title is: "The Career Development Influence of Employees’ performance PT. Telkom Malang". The purpose of this study is to determine career development of employees' career planning and career management, employees’ performance at PT. Telkom Malang. To find out the significant influence of career development variables of career planning and career management to employees’ performance and career development variables to determine the most powerful influence on employees' performance in PT. Telkom Malang. As analysis tool of this reaserch, reasercher uses a range of scales and multiple linear regression. Based on the research and discussion that has been done, it can be concluded that career planning and career management of employees in PT. Telkom Malang included in very well category, and the performance of employees at PT. Telkom Malang included in the high category. Career development of career planning and career management significantly influence employee performance in PT. Telkom Malang and career planning have a greater influence than the career management of employees' performance in PT. Telkom Malang. Some suggestions are proposed, namely the company expected to make efforts in order to support the career development that will be done by employees. It is expected that company always strives to create a mood or harmonious working environment that can support the creation of high performance for employees. Concrete step that can be done is applying the rules consistently with the prescribed procedure, so that it can be used as a basis for employees to work in the company.
