Abstract

A wild mushroom in the forest there are still many which has not known  the benefits, proximate analysis that they need to know the content of food. The  results of exploration fungi nature in various places Petung Sewu (PS) and  Pasinan (P) found kind of fungus who live in wood and in the land. To preserve  the fungus was carried out the cultivation of using artificial media similar to his  native habitat. Sawdust can be used as raw materials to the media because the  growth a woody fungus can grow in all of their containing cellulose. Compost  azolla can be used as as a mixture of media around 20 % because it could improve  growth, the production of the mycelium and the quality of oyster mushroom  (suroso, 2009). Droppings of cattle can also be used as media at mushroom  cultivation. The growth of fungi edible mushroom in a media that is a mixture of  12,5% manure goat can expedite the growth mycelium after the inoculation  (Duamkhanmanee, 2013). The purpose of research carried out is knowing about  the media influence artificial food and decrease of various species of mushroom  of the exploration the course of the research was conducted in pusbang biotek unit  of umm design using random complete (RAL) factorial. consisting of 2 factors.  Factors 1 the differences of composition 3 media growing, of them M1: sawdust  70% + bran 22,5% + lime 6% + a cast 1,5% (Istiqomah, 2014). M2: compost  azolla 20% + sawdust 50% + bran 22,5% + lime 6% + a cast 1,5%. M3: manure goat 12,5% + sawdust 57,5% + bran 22,5% + lime 6% + a cast 1,5%. The second  factor is 4 kind of fungus the exploration namely J1 (PS6), J2 (PS10), J3 (PS31),  and J4 (P8).Those two factors combined to 12 combination treatment repeated 3 times and every deuteronomy there are 4 population and sample. The research  phase are several stages of: making baglog, sterilization, inoculation, incubation,  harvesting and analysis proximate. The parameters used is growth of the  mycelium (%), time of the appearing primordia (HSI), age harvest (HSI), wet  weight (g), dry weight (g), and proximate test.The result obtained being subjected  to analysis of its diversity of (ANOVA), while the significance of test carried out  by further testing BNJ 5%. The result of this is happening the interaction that  penelitiaan renounce composition media (sawdust, azola compost, and manure  goat) with species of mushroom (PS6, PS10, PS31, and P8) on the growth of the  mycelium, first primordia, wet weight, and dry weightmushroom.Species of  mushroom the results of exploration had have real impact on the age of harvest  fungi.The longer the age of harvest the more numerous fungi of which is  harvested. Proximate testing shows P8 fungi containing the water level 11,9%;  levels of ashes 15,99%; proteins 25,47%; fat rough 0,33%; coarse fiber 18,79% and carbohydrates 46,30%.
