Abstract

Study of type co-operative of Think Pair Share is approach of study having three step, that is thinking (think), couple (pair), sharing (share), where at phase think student will give opportunity to think of raised by problem or duty is student and teacher discuses, student each other discussing, and also each other questioning concerning problem which not yet understood so that student dare to raise questions. This research target is to know how ability enquire student in study of type co-operative of Think Pair Share (TPS) and there is him influence of frequency do not enquire to achievement learn student mathematics in study of type cooperative of Think Pair Share (TPS) in class of VII MTSN Sumber Bungur Pamekasan 3 Device research the used is descriptive with approach of qualitative - quantitative. becoming subject in this research is ability enquire in Study Of Co-operative Type of Think Pair Share and achievement learn mathematics. While the object of is class student of VII-B MTSN Sumber Bungur Pamekasan 3 school year 2007 / 2008. To know influence of ability enquire to achievement learn student mathematics in study of type co-operative of Think Pair Share (TPS), hence used by data analysis is method test Chi-Square with level of significance the used is 5%. From research result indicate that with study of type co-operative of TPS this of ability enquire student mount that is at low level cognate (knowledge, understanding of, applying) obtained by percentage from 70,8% becoming 32,8%, while at cognate is high level the than 29,3% becoming 67,2%. To result of concerning influence of frequency enquire to achievement learn student mathematics enter in category is, with value of Chi-Square equal to 4,874 and p-value = 0,3.
