Abstract
Hospital represent organization with aim to be social to give service which do well by society with existing facilities and basic facilities. Management hospital party in running its duty have managed pharmacy installation by xself. Pharmacy installation/apotek have especial supply that is supply of drugswith multifarious type of medical supply and manner with amount of big enough. This Formula research internal issue (1) Do internal control system at Apotek Hospital Islam of “Al Arafah” Kediri have been executed efficiently and is effective? (2) Do internal control system of supply of applied drug at Hospital Islam of “Al Arafah” Kediri have been executed efficiently and is effective?. While its target is to know do internal control system at apotek and management of supply of applied drug at Hospital Islam of “Al Arafah” Kediri have been executed effectively and as according to good internal control principle. This Research type is including case study, that is conducted research with perception exhaustively to research obyek. Method data collecting the used is : (1) Documentation and (2) Interview. Technique analyse data under consideration this skripsi use diskriptif qualitative. Pursuant to result of research about internal control system of supply of obat-obatan at Islam hospital apotek of “Al-Arafah” Kediri shall be as follows : 1. Pursuant to procedure and system exist in Apotek RSI Al-Arafah Kediri can be said that by procedure and system management of applied supply have goodness. This matter can be proved that with procedure which have there is, Apotek RSI Al Arafah Kediri can operate and conduct service to consumer without there is problem / resistance. Of tetapi,m if evaluated from good internal control condition specially of supply of obat-obatan, hence RSI "Al-Arafah" This Kediri in executing internal control of supply of obat-obatan still weaken (unfavourablely). 2. Effort which can be conducted to solve problems relate to to weaken him execution of internal control of supply of drug at Islam hospital apotek (RSI) "Al-Arafah" Kediri is by improve; repairing existing procedure by changing purchasing procedure and acceptance of obat-obatan which verbally by creating or making documents written as evidence to the the happening of transaction relate to the the purchasing is and also dissociation between purchasing function and acceptance and also incidence of inspection function exist in RSI " Al-Arafah" Kediri. 3. Besides signature authorization conducted by one just people that is big possibility apothecary head can generate deviation and cause do not reach of good operation system.
