Abstract

This research aim to insulation, selecting, and isn't Bradyrhizobium japanicum under strightened of teake. This research is executed in Village Landungsari Dau District of Malang and in Laboratory of Bioteknologi Muhammadiyah University of Malang, from date 24 April 2007 until August 2007. Method execution of this research is Measurement Of Location Cultivation Of Soy, Cultivation Of Crop Soy, Insulation B. Japonicum, Purification B. Japonicum, Test Coloration Of Gram, Photograph of Bacterium B. japonicum. In general bacterium strain B. japonicum under strightened of symbiosis teak can mutualisme with crop of soy, and have the character of negative gram, in form of basilus, owning growth which quickly and can do process of fiksasi nitrogen of biologis. colony B. japonicum under strightened of teak have colour vary between turning white, yellow and chocolate, thick of colony vary from attenuating until very thick, colony vary from muccous until very muccous, colony back part vary from branch until very branch. From bacterium selection which have been conducted to be obtained 6 strain B. japonicum which grow good at media of pepton to be with depository temperature 28°C which grown during 7 day. Sixth character of strain B. japonicum is to colony of Sinabung 1 having brown character, thick, muccous, convex back part. Wilis 1 having white colour character, very thick, muccous, tip of branching, and adjoining tan. Sinabung 3 having white colour character, very thick, muccous, tip of very branch. Kaba 1 having character yellow, flimsy, not muccous, back part a little a little and rather yellow middle shares of him. Anjasmoro have brown white colour character, very thick, muccous, tip of branching and rather brown is middle shares of him. Kaba 2 having brown white colour character, very thick, muccous, convex back part. This matter as according to statement of Sattya Arimurti (2000) that rhizobia isolat which is insulation have colony type of wild (having water and convex).
