CV. Karya Piranti Mandiri is a manufacturing company that produce equipment and plant from stainless stell having problem about delivery material that out of date and material which disagree with specification of able to influence process hereinafter. The goal of the research is evaluate the logistic performance from CV. Karya Piranti Mandiri that give alternative solution to improve performance company an the next time. The research that only measure supplier performance, purchasing departement and production departement performance used Analitycal Hierarchy Process and Objective Matrix method that syncrhonization with Traffic Light System to give color that showed of performance must improve or not. The result show that logistic performance CV. Karya Piranti Mandiri is bad especially supplier performance. Quality criterion have 10 of performance with 2.333 of improving index, cost criterion have 2.5 of performance with -0.168 of improving index, delivery criterion have 8.72 of performance with 1.904 of improving index, flexibility criterion have 10 with 2.333 of improving index, responsiveness criterion have 9.22 of performance with 2.071 of improving index. For a purchasing departemen, quality criterion have 1.67 of performance with -0.444 of improving index, flexibility criterion have 10 of performance with 2.333 of improving index than responsiveness criterion have 5.02 with 0.671 of improving index. And than production departement, quality criterion have 10 of performance with 2.333 of improving index and schedule criterion have 1.5 of performance with -0.449 of improving index. There is three criterion that having ugly performance, there is cost criterion, quality criterion and schedule cirterin that need improving action. The alternative action to improve performance such as: avoid ready stock strategic, partnerieng with the supplier, 70/30 stategic and spesification supplier with the capability and eliminate supplier that supply strategic material.
