Abstract

Improving the quality of self-service servants from year to year is growing very fast, where it meets between sellers and buyers, but becomes a polemic if the goods that the buyer wants are not available (out of stock) or difficult to find to produce goods that are expected automatically. Responding to this problem, many things can be done to improve the quality of service, both work ethic or goods arrangement, in this case, management must implement a strategy that can improve it. Swlayan or retail managers want every item sold so as not to increase significantly and get profit and be able to spoil their customers. Good management utilization also helps in repurchasing goods and which items must take precedence, In the development of technology that has been developed very quickly, this is done very likely to be done by doing several methods of data analysis and using methods to facilitate decision making in the management of goods both arranging labels to give discounts for certain items. Purchasing patterns of purchases of goods that can be bought to buy the desired items and can increase impulse purchases [1]. Consumer habits in deciding to buy goods will bring up several unique factors in buying products or using products, every supermarket customer or service user has different differences and behavior, and for that management is needed to maximize the needs and services of consumers. This behavior can argue about patterns, behavior, habits of consumers in buying their needs, in several years discussing methods related to transaction data that have been used in general as the object of research and analysis for researchers.
