Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leader member exchange on job satisfaction; analyze the effect of leader member exchange on job satisfaction; analyze the effect of leader member exchange on employee loyalty; analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee loyalty; analyze the effect of leader member exchange on employee loyalty mediated by job satisfaction. The population and research sample of 40 employees by sampling technique is total sampling. Data analysis technique using path analysis. The results showed the leader member exchange had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; leader member exchange has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty; job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty; leader member exchange has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty mediated by job satisfaction
