In the effort for of activity of production, needed by absolute of management and policy of repair and also treatment of its production machines., correctly and goodness. One of the the policy is determination of optimal moment to execute preventive treatment to action to damage of its machines. Intention of this research is to obtain;get time interval treatment of optimum machine at machine of Rotary, to lessen the expense of treatment and repair of machine and also improve reliability at Machine of Rotary. To determine optimal replacement international can use preventive replacement method Age Replacement to determine solid function of probability, reliability, fast of damage, MTTF, MTTR, MTTDT, so that can determine replacement of optimal component with total cost which is low treatment by using matchad software. With this model have in determining international anti to component of Monolever switch that is 35 day with machine reliability storey;level equal to 0,805 so that there are cost-saving equal to Rp 12.989.255,56 with CTp old of Rp. 15.764.807,56 and CTp new of Rp 2.775.552,- and Dynamo motor of chuck 48 day with machine reliability storey;level equal to 0,778 so that in a period of period of year 2006-2007 earning cost-saving equal to Rp 19.923.796,72 with CTp old Rp. 24.117.076,72 and CTp new Rp 4.193.280.
