Abstract
This research represent case study in Factory of Kripik tempe ABADI, which have location in Malang, with title “Audit of Operational to Function of Sale to Measure Effektiveness and Efficiency in Factory of Kripik tempe ABADI Malang”. Target of this research is to measure how big effectiveness and efficiency level of function of sale at Factory of Kripik tempe ABADI Malang. Analysis techniques which used contains of suggestion and introduction’s stage, preface survey’s stage, analysis more detai’s stage, detail of exsperiment’s stage, explain and analysis audit’s result, stage or repporting. The result from the research shows that sales activity in the factory on 2005 till 2007 is uneffectiveness, reffered by the effectivenesss calculation result is not be able to get target and estimate of sales. But, each of the year, the factory able to increasing the volume of sales. That uneffectiveness condition is the consequence from the factory do the promotion activity and market’s riset badly. But along of those year, sales activity is efficien, referred by the efficiency calculation result that ouput more than input. From the research result, researchers give the following recommendation : 1.In making sales budget and marketing manager have to pay attention to competitor circumstance and do to marketing research. 2.Factory of Kripik tempe ABADI better add promotion. 3.Factory of Kripik tempe ABADI has to able to take care and improve product quality.
