Abstract

This research was conducted to find out what factors were considered by consumers in choosing Camilo Cafe which is always crowded by visitors even though there are many other cafes that stand Camilo Cafe araound. The purpose of this study is to find out which factors are most dominatly considered by consumers among the marketing mix variables product, price, place, promotion, people, process, phycical evidence at Camilo Cafe. The research method used is a quantitative method with a consumer research population who have visited Camilo Cafe. This study used factor analysis with help of SPSS and the result show that the most dominant factor considered by consumers in choosing Camilo Cafe is the factor of people and phycical evidence with indicators fast service, friendly service, clear service, spacious building and neat interior.
