Abstract

Loyalty can be defined as a deep commitment to re-purchase of products or services into a preference consistently in the future. The purpose of this study is to describe the customer loyalty in the visitor object Tourism Taman Rekreasi Sengkaling. This research use the descriptive research design konsklusif. The target population in this study are visitor attractions Taman Rekreasi Sengkaling with a sample size is 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques used in this research is using Scale analysis. Scale analysis used to determine the dimensions of customer loyalty in the visitors Heritage Taman Rekreasi Sengkaling.attitudinal loyalty obtained an average score of 337.25 qualifies high enough. Dimension behavioral loyalty obtained a score of 368.5 which is included in the high criteria, recommendation behavior amounted to 382.33 qualifies as high. As for price loyaltyobtained at 340.67 qualifies as high. Based on the comparison of the results of the analysis of customer loyalty dimension visitors Heritage Recreation Park Sengkaling the highest in Recommendation behavior with a score of 382.33.
