Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan angkutan berbasis online GO-JEK di Kota Malang. Jenis penilitian yang dilakukan adalah penilitian Kuantitatif, dengan total pupulasi seluruh masyarakat di Kota Malang yang pernah menggunakan aplikasi GO-JEK dalam mempermudah kegiatan mereka dan sampel ditentukan dengan non probability sampling yaitu purposive sampling yang berjumlah 100 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan yang meliputi responsiveness (daya tanggap), assurance (jaminan), tangible ( bukti fisik), empathy (empati), reliability (kehandalan) berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada konsumen GO-JEK di Kota Malang.
