ANALISIS PENERAPAN STANDART OPERATIONAL PROCEDUR (SOP) KUALITAS PRODUK UNTUK MENDUKUNG KINERJA KARYAWAN (STUDI PADA KARYAWAN PRODUKSI ASSEMBLING PT BERKAT GANDA SENTOSA)

The use of shoes has become a trend nowadays so that shoes are in great demand from both young people and adults. This company, which operates in the field of footwear manufacturing, receives many orders, one of which is from PT Berkat Ganda Sentosa. In a company, rules are made in a more formal form or what is often called Standard Operational Procedures (SOP). SOP is defined as a guideline for how employees can carry out their work. This research aims to analyze the implementation of SOPs for assembly line products at PT Berkat Ganda Sentosa to support employee performance. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that there are SOPs in the company but there are still errors in the product manufacturing process.
