Gyroscope is an appliance to measure or look after orientation, based on angular momentum principle. In This Time Laboratory Technical Engineering University of Muhammadiyah Malang Unlucky still not yet owned gyroscope for the test of elementary phenomenon of machine, besides costly considering of price him a gyroscope, hence needing the existence of making of Gyroscope for the installation of elementary phenomenon of machine and for the sake of that's conducted by scheme of this gyroscope. Beside that important considering of him a method in a scheme and also less applying of standard method of scheme in so many masterpiece of design Technical Engineering of UMM ( survey 87% do not use standard method) hence used by method of pahl & beitz in this scheme With method of Pahl & Beitz hence scheme through 4 phase that is, Scheme and clarification of duty, scheme of product concept, scheme of product form ( design embodiment), and Scheme of detail. Is then got by a product concept fulfilling required criterion that is a appliance test gyroscope of made layout preliminary is then yielded by conducted by readily layout definitive of scheme of calculation and detail. From existing problems and also groove the the scheme hence, scheme obtained by dimension or size measure, materials and characteristic which is used in making of appliance test gyroscope. By using motor of DC with rotation 2675 rpm, voltage 12 volt, energy 110 motor and watt of AC model IG-914405B with rotation 46 rpm, voltage 220 volt, torque 70 kg.cm, with saucer which is have diameter dimension to 140cm, thick 8mm, and mass 0.5 kg , capacities weighting-machine 10 kg, axis diameter 20 mm, external diameter of coupling 112 mm, coupling of standart 25 mm, bolt of M10 with materials of SS41 and materials of flens FC20, Bearing with type of ball bearing, serial number bearing 202 with Cdinamik = 630, digital Type Tachometer [of] OPM tacho 2234. Break even 202 with Cdinamik = 630, digital Type Tachometer of OPM tacho 2234.
