Abstract

This research aims to description the influence of work satisfaction and organizational commitment to employee performance. The population in this study was all employees except the President Director and General Manager. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling. Source data collection by using primary and secondary data. Data analysis techniques use scale range, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesized test, i.e. F test (simultaneous) and T (partial) test. Hasi range of work satisfaction scales including high category, organizational commitment belongs to the very high category and employee performance belongs in sufficient category. Job satisfaction and organizational commitments have a partial positive and significant impact on employee performance. Job satisfaction and organizational commitment are both positive and significant simultaneously on employee performance. The higher the job satisfaction and the organizational commitment the higher the employee's performance.
