Abstract

This study aims to determine the characteristics of kreasi product and marketing programs developed by PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Batu Branch and explains the level of success of marketing programs carried out by PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Batu Branch on the development of micro small and medium businesses. this type of research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, data presentation in the form of data words that describe certain events in order to obtain clear and complete information. The data was obtained from interviews and data from PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Batu Branch. The data source used is primary data by means of direct interviews with UPC managers PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Batu Branch and also uses secondary data, namely data obtained from PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Batu Branch. Data collection techniques are processed at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Batu Branch. The results showed the marketing programs carried out by PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Batu Branch and the success rate of marketing programs run by PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Batu Branch on the development of micro small and medium businesses.
