Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of environment, motivation and discipline of work on employees performance in PT. Gala Karya. This type of research uses a survey method with a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The sample in this research used a total sampling technique with as many as 50 respondents. The scaling used is the linkert scale. The validity test in this research uses a comparison of r count values with r table. Reliability test in this research with Cronbach Alfha coefficient and data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of this research can be concluded that the environment, motivation, and discipline of work have a partial effect on employees performance. Then the three independent variables have a simultaneous effect on employees performance and the variables that have the most influence on employees performance are discipline of work variables.
