One of the government main task above all gives general service to society. The materialized of public service have a certain quality (prima) its one of good characteristic of public administration (good governance) as aim from making efficient use apparatus country. Service by using drive thru system is repair from public service to speed up service in payment of PKB that allocated for taxpayer who want service completely fast and not twisty. This research methodology is using descriptive research kind the objective is to give (supporting) systematically, factual, and accurate hit facts and population character. Data collecting with use observation, interview, documentation and technique of data analysis. This research result show with existence of drive thru sytem the taxpayer user can save time in carry out payment of PKB because all easy, hurry, transparent and accurate with make use information technology. Based on this research result that carried out at office with samsat of Batu city income official, can be given conclusion as follows: drive thru system is a system that serve registering repeat annual (ratification every year for registered motor vehicle without having to alights from vehicle.
