Abstract

This research does at sugar mill Kebon Agung Malang. Purpose of this research is to know applying of JIT in framework TQM. Emulation happened in business world pushes to create good company management. One of alternative of company is by using method JIT in management of raw material. Various studies express that applying of JIT couple with TQM. Company using method JIT, can depress expense of per unit and can increase company income. This profit improvement supports applying of TQM requiring repair continuously in so many area.
