Teacher represent primary factor in course of education. For the reason, role of teacher in a education process very central. professional teacher with maximal performance, dedication totality, and devotion loyalitas can be made as fulcrums to alter education face become more fair in period to come. Researcher background conduct this research because seeing phenomenon of is quality of rural education which less certifiable. Hence, role of teacher of vital importance to increase the quality of and human resource in educational. As for the following research focus: ( 1) How profesionalitas learn in MTSM Mandiangin, ( 2) Any kind of factor influencing profesionalitas learn in MTSM Mandiangin, and ( 3) any kind of impact of profesionalitas learn to quality of education in MTSM Mandiangin. This Research of didesain descriptively qualitative. Technique data collecting done with variousstep namely: ( 1) interview, as execution early in this research, ( 2) observation, ( 3) and documentation study as its instrument. As for gone to Informan as follows: ( 1) Head of Madrasah, ( 2) Proxy Lead Madrasah, )3) Sponsor Class of I, II and of III ( 4) Teacher of BP, ( 5) and 4 teacher learn study area. MTSM Mandiangin represent one of the less owning madrasah of low education quality and quality, either from educator energy and also facilities and basic facilities his. Some factor influencing the teacher profesionalitas shall be as follows: ( a) the Quality of and quality of low human resource; its bearing with teacher, ( b) facilities and basic facilities which is not adequate. From other side the existence of some factor.
