The construction is in the form of Javanese culture, social, economic and psychological of an individual. Individuals who are involved are patients and therapists on sangkal putung. They believe that the skill possessed by a tarpaulin is a gift that is deceived from God to heal a sick person. In the process of construction into a reality requires several stages, namely, through externalization, objectivation, and internalization where these three processes require social interaction to be able to influence other individuals so that it becomes a social reality. The social interaction in question is “getok tular”, conversation by word of mouth carried out by individuals to other individuals. So that new individuals become part of the reality that exists in society.
