Autism is a pervasive developmental disorder, one of which characterized by symptoms of deficit or deficiency in terms of concentration. By Therefore, early detection and early treatment should be done on children with autism disorders. One therapy that can be given to overcome autism problem is with the provision of play therapy. In addition to improve the coarse and fine motor skills, introduction of various concepts such as color, shape, size, direction and space, play therapy can also train concentration or concentration of attention on a particular task. This study aims the increase in concentration ability in children with autism through play therapy. This study used single case experimental method (single-case experimental design) with the ABA design is A-phase state measurement early and effects after treatment and B phases of treatment. Subject research is children with autism with a concentration weak. Data collection technique used observation coding against intensity of the onset of the disease resistance in concentration, play therapy as well as a tool to measure the concentration ability of the subject. Analysis data using graph analysis which will present the results descriptively. Based on the results of this study can be concluded that play therapy can help improve concentration ability in children with autism. In concentration ability of the subjects each day toward a better with a decrease in playing time is getting shorter. It is added, subjects who initially less attention, hate or are reluctant to duty, away when spoken to, be not anxious, although invited to speak then the subjects also become more attentive and concentrate mainly on given task. In addition, subjects who previously often leave sit, often risky, often shouting, and impatient after a given play therapy, become more patient, only the occasional shout or leaving a seat when in the classroom and rarely do dangerous actions.
