Abstract

Software Reliability is the probability of a software that can work well in a certain time. The finer the software, the more reliable the software. Reliability can be a problem or program error. The software itself is something that is made to simplify or aim streamline a job. Reliable software will easily recover quickly when experiencing interruptions caused by errors made by application users. Because it needs to be determined the reliability of a software to provide input and future development. The software reliability value can be calculated by Poisson Distribution, then qualify the reliability level percentage with Cronbach’s Alpha Qualification. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of log files from the website
