Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the level of stressors, job stress, work performance, and influence of stressors on the job stress, job stress effect on the work performance of part-time workers at the Muhammadiyah University of Malang. Whereas the hypothesis in this study are: 1) estimated that a significant between the stressor of job stress part-time workers at the Muhammadiyah University of Malang, 2) estimated that there are significant between job stress on the work performance of part-time workers at the Muhammadiyah University of Malang. The analysis used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis with SPSS program in order to know the influence of independent variables to the dependent variable. Hypothesis test used the F test, F test used is used to test the simultaneous effect. Based on the results of the research known variables have a significant stressor to stress as indicated F calculated is higher than F Table 57.44> F Table 1.99, and job stress variable also significantly influence the performance of F Calculate the value 8.147> F value of Table 1, 99. From the conclusion of the study are expected to give an appreciation of performance part-time workers’ performance, for example the best part-time worker awards in each period, and at a later stage be given the opportunity for employees recruited after college so that they can refer to part-time staff to further improve their performance
