Abstract

This research aims to uncover the awareness of ready-to-prepare chicken entrepreneurs for the Halal products sold (case study on Sego Sambel Sarumpet branch Villa Bukit Tidar Malang). University of Muhammadiyah Malang in year 2019. This study used a qualitative approach, with the subject of the research responsibilities and the Manager of Malang Area. The selection of processed chicken food stalls as the focus of research is based on it as a food provider for a million people, especially Muslims. Given that the owner of processed chicken stalls is a padlock of chicken products sold, with various variants of chicken products offered. Data collection methods are conducted through Participant observation, interviews, and documentation. While data analysis uses qualitative data analysis. The results showed that, the awareness of the businessman processed chicken Sego Sambel sarumpet quite well. Because the entrepreneurs already know, understand and do each flow and production process according to SOP (Standart Operational Procedure)
