Data collection is done through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis uses are matching patterns, explanation and time flow analysis. The results of the study indicate that the process of internalizing Islamic values can be carried out to children with ASD with habituation methods. The provisions that must be possessed by the teacher/therapist in internalizing Islamic values are mastery of each grade level and concrete explanations of values. The obstacles faced by the teacher/therapist is that there is no new teaching method, poor communication with parents, children are often biased in distinguishing Islamic values from other religions and children cannot understand Islamic values when taught at once.
