Information represent one of requirement of fundamental which must fulfill by society. Besides as a means of to communicate, information represent the source of have my behavior and have awareness to all society in everyday life. Radio represent one of mass media medium which effective enough and earn efficiently, and also reached technically by all walks of life. Technical excellence which owned by radio the expense of cheap, and also owned flexibility [it], causing radio enthused many and owned by many society. Radio of Makobu FM represent one of the private sector radio exist in beyond the city Worse luck owning many its hearer among society, specially all hearer of adolescent society or young clan. With event small fish which is dynamic progressively, and also can see opportunity of event able to enthuse by young clan, causing Radio of Makobu FM progressively expand and recognized by many young circle. Radio of Makobu FM can become private sector radio owning ratting to all hearer of radio [in] Unlucky Town.. Intention of writing of this scripts is to knowing factors becoming fascination broadcaster of Makobu FM. This research represent descriptive research type with method research of survey. By using Science generation communications majors student sample 2003, Faculty Social Science and Politics, data type use primary data and data of secondary, data collecting technique that is and documentation of questioner, technique measurement of variable that is scale of likert, instrument test that is validity test and of reliabilities, technique analyze data use frequency distribution analysis. After analyzed pursuant to research indicator which have been specified to be known that factors becoming fascination broadcaster of Unlucky Makobu FM is ability factor consist of characteristic able to be seen from individuality, voice had by broadcaster Ianguage style and broadcaster in bringing event. both Indicator is knowledge able to be evaluated from wide of knowledge, communicative in broadcast, domination of items, and skilled converse good. Third indicator is the way of the forwarding of which consist of creative in submitting idea, ability adapt to hearer, read of narasi, adjustment of words. Contiguity factor can be evaluated from fraternizing which consist of sociability in serving telephone of on line, friendliness, and amuse. Indicator hereinafter is familiarities which consist of broadcaster recognized many, typical voice facilitate recognition, and empathy attitude. Credibility can be evaluated from sincerity which consist of information can be trusted, existing information as things have panned out. Indicator hereinafter [is] broadcaster fulfill request of hearer, accepting suggestion of hearer, and accept criticism of hearer. Third indicator is experience that is experience represent important factor, experience become added value. Last indicator is to education which consist of education is important factor and education influence the quality of broadcaster.
