Abstract

Srigonco Bridge is designed as an alternative bridge heading to Balekambang Beach. The bridge will be planned having the total length of 100 m and each span has 20 m. In the middle span of the bridge which has a length of 60 m, it will be constructed box girder multi cell segmental with the length of 2 m and 5 m and total of 27 items. The total width of the bridge is 9 m which is divided by 2 x 1 m sidewalk 7 m lane of traffic. The loss of pre-stressing force on the box girder bridge reaches 22.10%. The need for pre-stressed tendon cables is 20 tendons which is divided into 3 bodies (web) with the number of strands per tendon is 55 and 1100 strands in overall. Meanwhile, the need for non-prestressed reinforcement is used to with stand bending moments due to internal and external loads are D16-250 for supporting plate, D16-300 for upper plate, D16-150 for edge body plate, D16-150 for center body plate, and D16-250 for the bottom plate. Hence, the biggest deflection in the middle of the bridge span is 161 mm. It still meets the requirements for the deflection in the middle of the bridge span of ijin = 75 mm so the bridge is categorized as safe.
