A destination for this research are identification vegetations which exist at Natural Forest Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park Specially Ranu Pane Resort that consist of 4 Area: Ranu Regulo, Watu Rejeng, Ranu Kumbolo and Kali Mati. The research was made at January 2008. The sample for vegetation analysis are make with plot Method that useful for learning vast forest community that unknowing situation. For number of plot are decide from KLSA method that according from dense of cluster and number kind of species vegetation. The more number kind of species vegetation are influence for the size of plot. The step are register all number kind of species vegetation that include inside a plot, then increase the size for the plot twice then register again number kind of species vegetation that include inside a plot. This job are made until when the increase of the size of plot doesn’t increase for the number kind of species vegetation until 10 % or 5 %. After minimum size for represent Ranu Pane Resort already decide, next step are make a plot have size 20 m x 20 m for tree level (which high > 5 m), 10 m x 10 m for polles level (Ø 10 – 35 cm, high > 2,5 m), 5 m x 5 m for sapling level and 2 m x 2 m for seedling level, then distribute the plot according to result from KLSA method to all Ranu Pane part. Result of the research are indicate that Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park Specially Ranu Pane Resort we can take conclusion that cluster of vegetation this Resort are consist of 83 species that include: Ranu Regulo 41 species, Watu Rejeng 23 species, Ranu Regulo 16 species and Kali Mati 3 species. And then species of vegetations that dominate at each area are close, for Ranu Regulo area Casuarina junghuhniana are dominate for trees and sapling level, Acacia decurrens for polles level. Then the other area like Watu Rejeng, Ranu Kumbolo and Kali Mati species Casuarina junghuhniana are dominate at tree, polles and sapling level.
