Abstract

Women labor exported abroad are rising year to year. But, their existence ignored by government. A lot of them abusing by employer. Low of protection given to them, makes it happen again and again. And when they came back to the origin country, they getting worse. If there is injured physically, this woman labor will be sending back to their country without any treatment physically and mentally. As we know, violence affected physically and mentally to the victims. That’s why, the research’s aim is to know the psychology effect (coginitively, affectivity, and connotatively) to exported women labor victims and the effort conducted by the victim to cope their condition. The research genre is descriptive qualitative research. With data collected via interview. The research subject is two women who ever working as exported women labor in Saudi Arabia. The research result show that psychology effect cognitively is : always imagine with the violence, scaring to die, unconcentration to work, forget and confusing to do something, affective affect : suspicious feeling to work partner, worried and scare to do something wrong, worried and suspicious to stranger and ashamed to met neighbor. And connotative effect : crying and insomnia at night, ponder personality, and difficult to build relationship. The victim effort to forget the violence are share with trustworthy person, busy to take care their child and praying a lot.
