Abstract

This research is applied research on banking company in Jakarta Stock Exchange that use purposive sampling methode, they are five big bank that have high activa value. There are PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk; PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk, PT. Bank International Indonesia, Tbk; PT. Bank Niaga, Tbk; and PT. Bank PAN Indonesia, Tbk. The purpose of this research is to know the General Devisa Banking that go Public in Jakarta Stock Exchange match with Indonesian Banking Standart and use CAMELS Rating Analysis. Methode for Banking Rating with CAMELS analysis contain : first is CAMELS component. They are Capital (Capital Adequacy Ratio), Asset Quality, Management Aspect, Earnings (ROA, ROE, NIM, BOPO), Liquidity, and Sensitivity on Market Risk. Second is firm of CAMELS factors and the third is firm composite rating. From the CAMELS analysis for the five bank we can result that the five banks have same composite rating, that in four composite rating with value 15 < skor ≤ 25. In rating four can same as to healthy bank in not to good predicate. Total score in 2005 and 2006 is PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk (23 and 22), PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk (23 and 22), PT. Bank International Indonesia, Tbk (23 and 19,5), PT. Bank Niaga, Tbk (23 and 22) and PT. Bank PAN Indonesia, Tbk (20,5 and 19,5). From the five banks that three banks have the same score, they are PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk, PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk and PT. Bank Niaga, Tbk.
