Research type which do is research of survey, where researcher observation in data collecting at company of Crafting Of Wood " UD. ARJASA" of Jl. Trunojoyo No. 25 Junrejo Batu with research title that is: " Influence Of Organization Climate To Performance Employees at Company in UD. ARJASA, Batu". Target of this research is to know organization climate and also employees performance of production in UD. ARJASA Batu. To know do climate organization have influence which significant to employees performance UD. ARJASA Batu. There is an advantage of this research can used as income the material for the company of management to increase the preformance of employeer. As a contribution for develope the knowledge in departement of human resource. The output can be advantaged by the other researchers who will doing the research about organization climate and performance of employeer. The analysis tool that used in this research that is using spanning and scale of simple regression linear. Pursuant to result of calculation of mean span scale scored a point equal to 148,11 meaning that organization climate enter in good category. While for mean span the performance variable scale scored a point equal 152,75 enter in high category. From result test of F can know that organization climate have significant influence to performance of employer at UD. ARJASA Batu. Some advices that given to the company that is : management hoped to keep the job climate condition that any at company. The effort fact that can be doing that is hope for give the job to employer adjust resolved to fit the company’s standard. Standard the job hopes always to pay attention the condition or ability the employer, so not to burden the employer in activities in company. To increasing the performance of employer, hoped the side of company to give support for the employer that is pay attention the wage or salary that will given to employer and appreciations with hopes can maximum the activity of employer in company. For the next researcher : who interest to carry on this research hopes to perfection with using the other variable that influence performance of employer, the variable are compensation, communication, leadership, to save and healthy job, and another.
