Abstract

This study aims to determine the conditions of demand for tourism bus services and feasibility of invesment plan fixed asset increase in tourism bus of PO Al-Mubarok Malang. The analysis results show that the number of request in 2019-2024 has increased from the previous year so it is necessary to add 2 units of the tourism bus. Assessment of the investment made the result that the investment plan is feasible to be implemented. The calculation result using Payback Period method show less than the investment age is 4 years 5 months 8 days. The calculation result using Net Present Value (NPV) method is greater than zero which is Rp. 378.441.229. The Internal Rate of Return (IRR) method generates a value of 12,67%, so this investment is feasible to be implemented because IRR > interest rate (i), ie 9,41%. Based on the results of calculation and assessment of investment, it can be concluded that the investment plan for the addition of tourism bus at PO Al-Mubarok is feasible to be implemented.
